Three more questions:
1. If I check that option, how (if any) would it affect the events that already have a correct time?
2. If the checking of that box messes up the existing events, can I uncheck it and the events return to the way they are (off 5 hours) or are they set and I’d have to manually undo (or something else)?
3. On a separate note, how would you recommend older (in the past) events be handled? Are they usually deleted after a certain amount of time or archived or something like that? I just worry the 7,000 events both old and new are dragging speed of calendar down. Are there options from the backend to manage old events?Thank you!
Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Hello,
Can you explain this setting on your calendar?
Display events in calendar time zone
If this box is checked events will appear in the calendar time zone with time zone information displayed on the event details page. It’s currently not checked and settings have New York for time zone. I can’t remember if 1.14 had this option or what happens if i check that box.
The affected events (5 hours off) don’t have a timezone set at all. What do you advise me to do in this case?
Please…
Is there any more information you need in order to help me?

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Is there a way to leave the time blankCan I ask how long ago that became required (like what version)?
Also, it marked all events as free when they aren’t.
Had to use Nivo Slider, so I think we are good.

So embarrassing. I was giving you the plugin version of Akismet. I just downloaded latest Google Analystics to 5.2.8 and so far so good.
Hi Greg,
Yes that was the version of my plugin 3.0.4. I’m running WordPress 4.1. This starting happening only after this latest update of the plugin.
Hi Greg,
I’m running Version 3.0.4 and not seeing a later version. Am I missing anything?

I’m nervous about upgrading to latest plugin given the last time I upgraded (internal server errors and the memory limit issues). I guess anytime I read that the entire WP database should be backed up prior to updating makes me anxious.
I’m using Godaddy’s Managed WordPress. https://support.godaddy.com/help/article/8926/what-is-managed-wordpress
Do you think this would be ok? I’m currently running Version 3.0.1 on WP 4.0.
