Yes, I re-linked the images (as in re-uploaded the images into the media library and re-selected them from the appropriate option box). The URL is dimorahomes.com.

Weirdly, I also made some custom CSS changes but they don’t seem to have been picked up either.

Updating WordPress to the next version rolled out fixed this.

I realized it already is showing the full thumbnails–so how do I turn off automatic image cropping so the thumbnails themselves are scaled, not cropped?

Update: No wonder I couldn’t find where this theme was handling product image cropping–it’s not, Woocommerce is.

Just noticed this reply after quite a while–only want to add: it’s not an advertisement if it’s a user’s personal recommendation to other users based on their experience; I’ve been helped out numerous times by these community tips. Second, I’m surprised the mods told you to do that. I’ve used other freemium plugins before and they simply do not display pro options at all; you have to click a link to a sell page on the developer’s site. That definitely feels less duplicitous and more polished too–keeps free and pro UX discrete.

I didn’t know these premium plugins are also available on GitHub. Thanks for the tip! This is legal though, right? ?? We could buy a licensed version too but I don’t want to spend the money on Gravity Forms without being sure it works for us, because the greatest value it offers to us right now is compatibility with your plugin–we have other plugins we prefer for forms.

Nope, the settings were to show latest posts (like in the docs) because setting the front page to a static page would only show the content of that page, not the front page layout. I eventually gave up and moved the website to another theme.

No, registrations have never been open on this site but since I couldn’t figure out how the user got created I figured maybe somebody has hacked one of the admin accounts? (None of the admins made this user either, personally, but one of them noticed this user a couple of days back.)

Most of these are well-known plugins that I’ve used before without any trouble. I might suspect USP forms only because it has a user reg form, but that form is and has always been a draft. AFAIK the rest don’t handle user registrations.

Is there also a way to see where the user registered from? Dashboard, frontend, autocreated by a plugin, something like that?

This page is currently only partially translated but otherwise Polylang appears to be handling it correctly. The loading spinner for the slider appears, as do the arrows if you hover over the area, but no slides actually load.

Which language do those pages have? If you’ve turned media translation on (I think it may be turned on by default?) then Polylang will treat the library as a separate library per language.

You will see all the items if you visit the library from the dashboard, but only the language-specific items if you open it up from a page. If no translated or language specific items have been uploaded, then you will see an empty library.

I have now unchecked the media translation option but the problem is still there.
