I was having the same issue of jetpack contact form not sending emails. Feedbacks were coming through but not emails.
Under settings, discussion settings, before a comment appears.
I unchecked, Comment author must have a previously approved comment. I then saved the change. I tested the comment form and it worked.

I got it to work.
I changed under settings, discussion settings, before a comment appears.
I unchecked “comment author must have priviously approved comment”. I saved that and then tested the contact form again. IT worked.
I do know if this will fix anyone elses problem but it did fix the issue I was having.

I’ve still got the same problem.
In the dashboard it all works fine. No dupe titles, site descriptions,etc.
But on all other pages and posts there are dupes in the titles, no spacing between.
Really screws up the SEO too, as now search engines are seeing repeated titles and site descriptions.

I’ve had no luck.
Can anyone give some advice that will help me resolve this issue?
