I don’t understand what happened because till yesterday they wouldn’t appear at all. They do seem to be loading a bit slowly. I’ll keep an eye on it and let you know if the issue occurs again!

On the WordPress.com dashboard, I see a red button that says ‘Jetpack can’t communicate with your site’, which then leads me to the REST API error message. I don’t know which features I need to look out for. On my admin dashboard, it says Jetpack connected.
My site is set to https://thedessertedgirl.com, I’ve just confirmed it. Do I still need to reach out to my host for a redirection?

Could you tell me when/where you’re seeing the 502 error? As I said, it’s a bit confusing because my admin dashboard doesn’t show any connections issues, but the WordPress.com dashboard does. I’d appreciate it if this thread could be kept open for a few more days while I also try and reach out to my host.
I’m unable to attach screenshots here. I also got an email response today where I was asked to send the same screenshots. I’ve done that and the request number is 7791583 so maybe that can be cross-checked?
The problem is that in the sending tab, I can see all the mails I’ve sent so far and the ones from February show zero mails sent. When I click ‘resume’, nothing happens.
After yet another plugin update, post notification emails are still not sending. I also still don’t know how to send the screenshots requested in the thread above and have provided all the relevant past emails. There are many users with the same sending issues in the forum. Can I please get a response here, it’s been a week since I wrote back.
Please let me know if there’s any clarity here.

Also, there do seem to be more people in the support forum with sending issues, similar to mine or the same where mails are just stuck. I had got email support for this in February (request 7556275) where I’d sent in the same screenshots you’ve requested and there was no error. I was then told that there was an ongoing issue with the plugin, not with the set up of my branded email address, and I’m copying that part of the mail here:

I was told after this, that it was resolved and the next time I published a new post, the notification mail would be sent without problems. That hasn’t happened. I decided it was best to disabled the subscribe form on my site till mails are actually being sent successfully.
I hope this information helps and I can also send you those screenshots as soon as I know how and where to attach them.
Also wanted to add that everything was fine until the mandatory switch to a branded email address. Everything is set up correctly, and both MailPoet and my host have verified this. But before this, I was using a gmail ad and there were no problems. However, all of February, the mails are just stuck in ‘sending’. I can see many others are facing the same issues and a response would be great.
Apparently support is now available over email only on a premium subscription. I have got responses over email just about two weeks ago so I’m not sure when this was changed. Either way, it looks like many people are facing sending issues with MailPoet and it would be really good to know when this is going to be resolved. I’ve had to disable my subscription forms for the time being because not a single subscriber is actually getting any emails.
I was able to delete the existing plugin folder and reinstall yet. It seems to be working now but I think the next update will make things clearer.
Will this affect my existing mailing list? Do post notifications continue to go out to existing subscribers or will I have to start over?
