In reply to: Plugins are not visable, can't update WP version?No never installed several at once and I have no idea when this started because it was noticeable until I tried to update WP version. I think I will delete some of the more recent plugins from the server and see which one may have caused the problem. Not sure what to do if that doesn’t work, I am really nervous about manually upgrading, my entire business relies on this site and it would be a disaster if it was down!

They were claiming no responsibility for the problem and were not helping me! They seem to have fixed the problem with the wildcard subdomain and now it is working. I think they were being lazy to be honest. It wasn’t until I sent pasted pieces of info from your instructions that they actually decided to fix it!
Can’t thank you enough, anyone reading this should know that this problem is resolved by contacting their host and getting them to make sure the wildcard subdomain is setup correctly or at all!
