Or did they forget to send the payment?if they are not placing the order, you can use the PRO version to customize the wording to stress the importance. You can also use a different design template that make them place the order first.
If they didn’t send the payment, the order will be placed on-hold until you can confirm you received a payment either manually or automatically with the emailreceipts.io integration

In reply to: [Checkout with Cash App on WooCommerce] Incompatible with Square pluginYes, you should be fine in production. The issue occurs if you use Square in sandbox. If you have it in production then you shouldn’t have any issues with both on the checkout page.
Cash App Pay doesn’t support sandbox mode yet so when you have sandbox and production modes active on the checkout page, they become incompatible.Let me know if that fixes your issue

In reply to: [Checkout with Venmo on Woocommerce] Change TimerIf you are referring to how long an order is kept in pending mode before it is cancelled, then that “Hold Stock” setting is located under Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory or directly at https://rosyhillorganics.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=products§ion=inventory
That was taken care of in our latest version. Please update your plugin if you haven’t already

In reply to: [Checkout with Cash App on WooCommerce] ERRORYou will need to go to your admin dashboard and find either the Cash App Link menu or Cash App Pay menu in the sidebar then set up all the fields especially the first one which enables it on the checkout page.
The direct links to set up the payments are:

/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=checkout§ion=cash-app-pay
Please make sure to enable the first checkbox for the payment of your choice so the payment method shows
Also, our plugin is separate and unrelated to Woocommerce payments.

or delete that plugin and redownload again.
We are publishing a new version soon with tons of features but the latest version also has that fixed but we couldn’t just launch a new version just for that line. But if you delete and redownload, it should be fixed. Or you can add the line.
