Try to replace the file “sm-functions.php” in the “_include” folder of the Skedmaker plugin with the file here: https://www.skedmaker.com/sm-functions.zip Unzip the folder and reupload the php file.

The URL you posted is supposed to include a “?” at the very beginning. Which this one does not. And I think because of your page settings, it is being omitted somehow.

PS, a world without spammers… sounds like heaven to me! ??

    hey baxters, let’s try something…
Download the zip file here: https://www.skedmaker.com/sm-functions.zip
unzip it and replace the file “_include/sm-functions.php” with this file.

I would rename the original sm-functions.php to sm-functions-backup.php or something — just in case you need to revert back to it. Then upload the new sm-functions.php.

Since it looks like your schedule is actually working fine, I can navigate around, click appointments and (just throwing out error messages for a setting that it’s not finding) I tured off the error messaging for that function. I tried to send a test appointment notice. But it looks like the error content is being fed into the form action. So the new sm-functions.php file may fix this too.

Please let me know if this works, I’d love to get this resolved! Also, you can contact me on the link above if you wish to go that route.

    Hi baxters,
This is definitely an issue with you permalink settings. The database query is looking for something in your WP settings that is not there. This is why it is spitting out the errors. On the WP admin dashboard, can you click on “Settings” then select “Permalinks”. Check off ‘Default’ and see if that fixes it. Failing that… I don’t presently have a fix. I wish I could come up with an answer, but I cant seem to recreate the issue on my end. and that makes it hard to trouble shoot. That doesn’t mean I’m not trying to fix it though! ?? If you would like, I can try and see how your site is set up. If you want to email me, I would be more than happy to help you out. You can use the contact form here to send me your email info if you like: https://www.skedmaker.com/index.php?op=contact& I’ll definitely do what I can to help out.

Did you re-name any folders? Do you have all the skedmaker the plugin files in “wp-content/plugins/skedmaker-online-scheduling/”…?

It’s not a bother at all! I’ll do what I can to help. ?? I’m just really stumped at why it is doing these errors on some sites and most it works perfectly fine.

You have the schedule on a “Page” right? not a “Post”?

Can you open your database and check something…? go to the table that is called “wp_options” then check the row that is called “permalink_structure”. Can you tell me what it says there? The code is trying to read some info from your WordPress tables on how your permalinks are set up and it is not finding anything. Let me know, I’ll do my best to get this working for you.

I have fixed the scrolling issue on the “Apply Custom Timeframes” page. If you download the zip file and re-upload replace the file –> _admin/_custom_apply.php, it will not be scrolling up to the top of the page anymore. Thanks for notifying me about this. Cheers!

Try to re-upload the files. It may be that the upload did not complete. It takes a little bit of time to install. Also, do you have allow php plugin installed? it requires some form of allow php script. Let me know, I’ll help you to get it working.

Can you set it to default and see if that works? Can you share the link to your site so I can see better what is happening? Sorry about the issues with it. I’ll get this working for you.

I have made an update to the system. That checks to see what type of Permalink Settings you have. I do not think it will cover all types of settings, but if you update the plugin to version .95 it may resolve your issues with the 404. Let me know if this works for you or if I can help you with anything.

This has to do with how your page-naming is handeled through WordPress. in the Admin dashmenu, click “Settings” then “Permalinks” try to change this to either default or post name and see if that helps. let me know. I’ll do what I can to get it working for you.

It is all local to your server. Nothing no appointment information sent to me. Only to you and your client.

Sorry for the delay in my response. I have been busy and not been able to check in the forums. Sorry, but Skedmaker does not allow for less than 15 minute timeframes. This is something that I could customize for your individual site. If you would be interested in hiring me to do the work. ?? Thank you for the info about the Custom Time frames. I will check and see what is going on there.
