Alright I tried it with a new install and the main theme, and I’m getting the same error.. could it be the feed that’s the problem? This is the feed I’m using. It could potentially be some other setting I’m not setting correctly?

I really appreciate your help! I’m depending on this to work so I really hope there’s a solution to it.

I don’t have an answer to your question, but I’m attempting to do the same thing as you are with importing the RSS. I can’t get them to show up on the actual website, but they are loading in the back end. Could you explain to me how you did it?:)

Alright, I’ve done what youve said and set the key to filled and value to 0, but when I try to test it this comes up

I might be doing something completely wrong, but I definitely know I’m in the right place and entering the correct terms

Hi again! Sorry for bumping this thread, again, but I can’t seem to get the job board to even find the jobs through the RSS feed in the back end. The feed is valid, and I’ve set the custom post types to “jobs,” but still nothing is showing up. Is there something I’m doing wrong here?

EDIT: nevermind, got it, now to get them to show on the website:)

If you look at the site now on a computer, you see that the menu button is showing, which it isnt supposed to. It now works on a mobile, but I want the toggle button only to show on a mobile.
Is this also something in my css?

I know, but apparently something in my coding is messing up the responsive design. If you look at the site on a mobile phone, you can see that the sidebar doesnt go underneath the content but is smushed up next to it, and the toggle button for the menu won’t show (I realize this is because I’ve hidden it because it suddenly popped up on the actual site on a computer as well)

I removed the styling for the navigation beneath the header and it fixed the layout. But I would still like to have this navigation.. Ill put it back now so someone can maybe take a look?

J2duncan, I’m trying to do the same thing as you, import and RSS feed into the jobs board. How did you manage to do this? I’ve been stuck with this problem for hours and finally might have found a solution, so I would really appreciate any help!

One more question, what is the difference between feed to post and not using it? I’m not saving the job positions on the website / into wordpress because they will be linked to an external website and then when removed from there they will be removed from wordpress automatically.

So what would be the reason to use feed to post? ??

Im trying to make my own template with columns and rows as you said, But I am struggling as my PHP Is not the best.. I dont even really know where to start. Do you know of anyone who could help me design this correctly, I would of course offer payment for it!

One more thing, when I resize my browser now, although the sidebar goes to the bottom, there is still empty space where it used to be. How do I get the content to spread across the entire space?

I’m currently in firefox, but it’s doing the same in safari
