This above method in the question worked. I had a typo.
add_filter(‘amp_to_amp_linking_enabled’, ‘__return_false’);

I just heard from the WP.com support team that the issue is fixed and deployed to production.The adsense linking is working perfectly now.Thanks for the amazing support.

Thanks again for looking into this issue. I just got an email from automattic saying that the problem could actually be with the plugin and not with wp.com.

Hey, I just contacted the support team. They are not sure what is causing this issue. but they are almost confident that it’s not a problem with their server configuration.

No i can’t bypass it And I already said that analytics , search console and other features are working fine except the adsense linking via sit kit

I have installed ( already installed with the plan and can’t be disabled) jetpack professional and askimet other than sitekit
