rewrite error ussually mean that you already have this plugin installed and you are installing the plugin a second time. Go to your plugins and verify that you have only activated one instance of the plugin that you are having the error with. Likewise varify that any plugin code and script for this plugin is also no duplicated in the same page.This may be your problem. I had a similar instance with another plugin giving me a rewrite fatal error and i fixed it when i found that i had duplicate plugins so i deactivate and delete one of the duplicate and verify that there only one and it was activated and working properly since.
