I am also having trouble with Woocommerce and Yoast SEO. Also with Autoptimize but I uninstalled it this afternoon.

I do not understand why you cannot help me. I have even told which virus it seems to be, so you should be able to update your malware scanner. As I said, another scanner has detected it.
I am very unhappy right now with the service and if I do not get help from you with this, I shall seriously consider cancelling the Antispam and security service (which I renewed only in December for 4 years, adding the Security service) and ask for return of money and get a service that works.

I did a scan with Malware which has detected a hacked file, but without upgrading to the paid version I cannot see details of the file or clean the site. And I am already paying you.

I run 2 more scans and still get no result. What else can I do to fix this?

It turns out that the GDPR fields activated by Mailchimp at least for Spain do not comply with the legislation. So what a lawyer, whose blog I am following, has recommended is to add a compulsory checkbox to your subscription form in Mailchimp (e.g. with the message “I have read and accept the privacy policy) and configure your list so that you are notified of each individual subscription. Then create a page on your blog where you insert that form. Then edit the field name (in the HTML code) with the consent message. When people subscribe you will receive a notification mail from Mailchimp which says that people have accepted that checkbox. And this checkbox can be integrated with Mailmunch as far as I understand.

Looking forward to the update. Will need to ask all new subscribers to re-subscribe as long as I cannot update the sign-up forms. So I really hope the update is ready ASAP. Thank you

Thank you for your reply.
I use CleanTalk and I checkered whether the comment appeared in Spam, but does not. I do not have any blacklist configured.
So I just tried to deactivate the Jetpack feature and when trying to post the comment a message came up saying that the comment was blocked as a suspected bot.
I just tried to post a comment with my e-mail address. With the feature deactivated I received the same same. Activating the Jetpack feature, the comment has been saved.

Any ideas?

I am having a similar problem with a person trying leave a comment. It seems to save but then does not appear. And this person has commented before on my blog.
I have even tried to post her comment myself and it didn’t work either. Any clue what could be happening? Thank you
