It sounds a little tricky for a non-developer. As lightboxes effects are often used, maybe it would be better to make them configurable (I mean the rel and classes) fully from the file gallery options?

I’m suspecting that it’s a bug, cause for me there is no way to make file gallery to put any rel value, and there is no default setting for it.

Isn’t it unsecure saving a backup copy on the webserver, without giving an option to delete it after the download?

I mean this happens with wordpress in the italian version. Maybe it’s a language issue?

It’s because mantaining a backup on the server is disk-space consuming and also pretty unsecure.

It also seems not work with custom post types. They doesn’t appear in the sitemap at all.

No agreement was find for the release of an official plugin with the original developer, so it will not be released, sorry.

Yes, I created a modified version of this wonderful plugin to make it work for images exactly the way I like. If the original author will authorize me, I’ll publish it in the plugins repository.
