In reply to: [The Events Calendar Gravity Forms Registration] How to change date format?I’d like to be able to do the same thing. Is there any update or workaround to change it to show as dd/mm/yyyy format?

I would like to know as well.
For anyone else wanting to automatically add new users to each of their sites, the plugin is now in the WordPress plugin directory: Multisite User Management.
@thenbrent thank you so much for creating this plug in because it is amazing … just what I was looking for. I am working on creating a WordPress Webmaster Academy (https://wordpresswebmasteracademy.com) and using network blogs to create different courses. i am using s2members and buddypress with network … very crazy if you ask me. But I was having an issue with someone signing up and then not getting the right role on the other blogs so this helped a ton.
you saved my life! lol
thanks

In reply to: Limit image size not workingThe best practice is to size them to the correct size before you upload them to your website.
Also make sure that you save for web.
There is also a wordpress plugin call smush.it that is very useful in optimizing your images for your wordpress site on the fly.
But you will need to resize the images before you upload them to your site, other wise they will be to large and then you will run into loading time which is really bad.
I do have a video that shows you the plugin on my wordpress training site.
Let me know if this helps or if there is anything else I can do to help!

In reply to: I can't do NOTHING in my websiteI would suggest that your turn off all your plug-ins, test and then slowly added them back.
Plugins really tax the server. Also you might want to look into upgrading your hosting if you are getting a ton of traffic to ad more ram to handle the plugins.
You can also check with this plugin https://developer.yahoo.com/yslow/ It will help you see why your site is running slow.
You can also check out wesbitegrader.com as well it is helpful.
Then once your get it running well look at plugin wp super cache because or any other caching plugins. I have a few videos on my website that will show you how to speed up your website.
That would be my suggestions. Let me know if that helps.

In reply to: Database connection errorI would suggest that you Create a WordPress Network. It works just the same as running addon blogs but allows you to have more control.
https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Create_A_NetworkI am currently running my website https://thedigitalfox.com/wordpress and https://thedigitalfox.com running using the Networking Feature under wordpress. They are both on the same domain but can have different themes etc.
It does take a bit of coding to get it to work but works really well and very happy with it.
Let me know if that worked out for you not be what your looking for but is a great solution.

In reply to: Data backup – where is it saved? You have a few different options.
1. You can use the export feature under tools and export all your post.
2. Or you can install a wordpress plugin that will backup your mysql database and email it to you.
Your files on the server are only the skeleton of the websites, the look and feel. You content is in your mysql database.

In reply to: White screen of death upon switching to my custom themeI would suggest that you turn off all your plug-ins. From time to time when you have a ton of plug-ins turned on with a new theme it can cause issues.
Then I would go about adding the plug-ins back one at a time. To see if that fixes the issues.
It is worth a try.

In reply to: No footer or archive link?I couldn’t find the footer code, maybe it wasn’t added.
Also, was it there before and you add some plugins. Some Times plugs mess with footers, etc.
Also was the theme hand coded?
The next post is not in every theme so unless it was designed with the theme it might not show up
