Can you please just run the validation yourself and see why the values are not properly mapped?

2. About using the schema option in the shortcode I am not sure. I searched all my theme and it seems that the reviews summary (stars) on top of my product page is inserted somehow I don’t know. What I do know is that the shortcode configuration in the plugin settings don’t have a ‘shema’ options. See screenshot

Just to remind you, the problem only appears on translation pages (WPML). In this case the page has the ‘fr’ addition to the URL and I’m afraid that it could be the culprit of a mismatch?

That’s exactly the problem. I know that there’s no theme or plugin conflict which means that by default Woocommerce is reloading the page. I want to avoid using another plugins to get rid of the reload and that is why I opened this thread.

a) Can you please confirm the behavior? (i.e. that the reload is by design)
b) if a is affirmative, can we get that improved? It’s 2022 and if there’s no reason to reload a page and hinder the customer experience why instead of having to install another plugin it’s not a built-in setting?

Hi there,
I went ahead and disabled all plugins but Woo using the Health-Check 1.5.0 plugin and I still see the product page reloading after adding to the cart.

Side note.. I read online that it seems to be a default behavior. Can you confirm that please ?

The cursor is not visible but you will see that after the add to cart is clicked, the page reloads itself to refresh the quantity of the cart.

When I am displaying the product detail page and I add that item to the cart, the page reloads itself. Do I have to open a new thread or will it be closed because as per this thread it’s not a bug but a feature.

Hi there. I got to learn that reloading the page is a feature and not a bug. However, this reload is not good for my analytics and also creates a bad experience for the user.

I expect to have AJAX handle the cart update. Why isn’t it possible to have the same behavior in the PDP that we have in archive pages.

Thanks. One last question. I tried an import with 36 reviews (split in 2 post ids) and only 5 manage to get imported. The rest are skipped. It’s strange because the data is exactly the same for all, including date format.

It always imports 5. Is there a limit?

That’s good information.

Any suggestion or recommendation about a tool to export the reviews from the account? I read about a Chrome add-on that can do that but not sure about it legitimacy in terms of security as we need to provide full API access for the add-on to scrape the reviews.

Maybe a little endorsement helps here ??
