Hi @maykato & @rainfallnixfig, thank you once again and apologies for the delay in reply. So I was able to set up a staging website to troubleshoot the issue and I have been able to resolve the following

– new account creation email now contains the correct url: /my-account
– password reset email now links to the correct url

The only issue I have now is the woocommerce lost password url /my-account/lost-password overring the default WordPress lost password url. How do I resolve this please ? Thank you

Hi @rainfallnixfig, thank you for the response.

So I found out woo ‘lost-password’ was conflicting with the default wp reset password url (it looked like https://domain.com/lost-password/?elementor_library=main-header) and had to clear the lost password field to fix it. How do I fix this ? Since customers will need lost-password to reset their password.

Also, I will reach out to elementor support to find out if it’s the hello Theme conflicting with woocommerce.
