@efedinler1, @bbceg Hey, thank you for your reply

@efedinler1 , as much as I understand English fluently, I had no idea what you were saying. The gist of it is that there is another party/plugin that is causing the error. Correct? this would imply that I actually did something to cause the error – download another plugin, change the programming transcript and etc … which I did not. I’ve been using the Ultimate Social Media Icon for a long while now and this issue only started a week ago. In that duration, I have not made any changes whatsoever. Hence, it is not likely at all that another plugin/party or a change in transcript has occurred. So, I went back to WordPress.com support and asked them to simplify the rest of what you were talking about, for me. I’ve attached their reply below.

” They’re asking you to do a conflict test. ?A conflict test is where you disable plugins one at a time to see which one is causing an issue. ?When I first checked the?https://thefoodbunny.com?site, I did a conflict test and I was able to determine that the “ultimate-social-media-icons” plugin was causing the issue.

It’s interesting how you mentioned that this issue only started happening in the past week. ?I took a closer look at the “ultimate-social-media-icons” plugin and this plugin was updated last week; something in that update is causing the conflict with the “Facebook” sharing button. ?You can let them know you spoke to us and we’re confirming that their plugin is conflicting with the default “Facebook” sharing button. ?Hopefully, they’re able to guide you properly and work towards a resolution.”

So, there you go. I need this issue settled asap, sir. When restaurants invite me to review their food, it is based on the understanding that I’ll promote and share the review on one of the largest social media platforms other than TikTok. Being unable to do so on Facebook is detrimental. Our reputation is at stake. WordPress.com said it is indeed an error by Ultimate Social Media Icon, www.ads-software.com is saying that Ultimate Social Media Icon is not responsible. Two conflicting opinions. What is going on?
