Thanks ??
Hey thanks MTN
I checked out that plugin and at the moment there are known issues with certain themes. However there is a great thread on the support forum for it that discusses supplementary tactics.
I can’t think of any reason for being deliberately targetted but am going to play with various suggestions to see if I can get the problem to disappear for now.
Thanks againDavid
As per my original post at top of this thread, that price is correct and is what I saw at that stage. However it is not what the customer was actually charged, nor what Coursepress indicated post payment (see original post).I understand premium takes precedence, but you’ll never get new premium customers if they try the free service first and experience this. It’s also worrying that you have so many support calls, does this indicate the premium products have lots of problems too?

In reply to: [CoursePress Learning Management System] Sale price isn't workingClick sale price enabled in Step 6 of Coursepress (Enrolment) and then Update and Done. Screen moves to next screen.
When you re-visit step 6 the sale price enabled is unticked.
Same as reported a month further up thread.
I don’t see where this is reflected or not in MP?Seriously – a week to respond to a help ticket?
Tyler, you’re trying hard to resolve the issues I have, but whoever is running the show is going to lose customers with this approach to support.
Here’s my coupon SARAH1 on effectivewebtraining.uk

Odd way to “support” customers when you are launching a new product.Guess I’ll just have to find a different product.

In reply to: [CoursePress Learning Management System] PHP ErrorHi Tyler
My hosting provider has solved the PHP issue. I am trying to find out how for my own sanity.
Now that I can charge I find that the paypal integration when using a coupon isn’t working. I have opened a new thread. The Sale price tickbox still doesn’t work (known issue, relevant thread updated).
I really am having major headaches getting to the point of being able to charge for my course. I have a bunch more courses I could build but I just can’t proceed with CoursePress until the customer experience, with charging especially, is 100% solid or I will lose my current and future customers.Forum: Plugins

Then installed latest version of MarketPress and exact same problem immediately appeared ??I don’t understand why you can’t see it using my credentials.

In reply to: [CoursePress Learning Management System] PHP ErrorHi Tyler
This is a new WP install so only Limit Login attempts plugin was active. Tried deactivating, made no difference.WP_DEBUG is False. PHP 5.3
Problem the same. This is a paid course is ticked, code appears on front page, on customer sign up and on market press product back end. Unticked, no problem (except I can’t afford to eat!)
By the way, the test customer I had sign up now appears in my list of instructors which seems weird?
Page not found fixed though, thanks!
So hoping we can crack this
Martin
