I understand. As per an earlier message, we are using a transparent image in our staging environment. However, i cannot give you access to that, as it’s locked down and I cannot DM you the access details.

However, in the link I shared, if you inspect element, you will see that it has:

body .accessability_container * {
    background: #fff !important;
    color: #000 !important;

This is the exact same as out staging environment. I do not want to upload the new image to live, because it has the white background. And I cannot see where in the CSS to remove the white background.

The url of the test site is https://isidev.wpengine.com/. I would appreciate some advice in relation to what CSS we should use to change the buttons back to their original state once they have been de-selected.

For example, if you click on “Underline links” the button changes to a white background and black text, which is fine. When you deselect it, it stays that colour until you click somewhere else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate your reply. Putting it into maintenance mode is probably the best solution here. I fully understand plugins will certainly need to be updated so I’m not underestimating that.

In relation to “If you have a firewall on your localhost system or in a router, then make sure it is allowing access to port 443 and to api.www.ads-software.com”, what’s the best way to check this?
