Mine is free version from the repo here so there’s no easymag-pro file. If the file modification is only available to the pro version, I’ll probably just try to work around it.

The theme had an update since this thread and the codes i added to the theme files were wiped out. I actually work on the child theme of this theme so wonder how do i add these changes to the child theme so i don’t have to re-do these changes every time the theme updates?

This thread just stopped out of nowhere. It’s strange. The only reply from you said,

“We don’t have this issue on your test site.”

I’m not sure what test site you’re referring to. At that point, there’s no test site yet. I set up a demo site after that reply.

Anyway, just wonder why this thread just stopped out of nowhere. I’ve been seeing updates from this plugin frequently lately, almost daily. But as of the latest update, that is version 2.0.53, the problem still persists.

The version shows on my backend plugins page is Version 2.0.50.

I happen to have a demo site already set up for a different ticket for another plugin. It’s a simple demo site with just those plugins in question for the tech support to troubleshoot so it’s not a complete copy of the real site.

On the user profile form, you’ll see a simple setup. The first question “What’s your role?” is the one field with the box “Can user edit this field? ” unchecked. But user can still change their answer once selected.

I use WooCommerce Subscription to register new users but when I tried registering new users with UM’s register page, it still ended up the same way.

Thank you again for the helpful info.

I was able to unstick my theme header menu so now I can scroll down the menu on mobile, but setting to “Right Edge of Parent” made it get cut on the left side besides looking really weird and counter-intuitive. So instead I shorten the sub-menu width from 250px to 225px and move the 2 tabs that have 3 layer to the far left of the menu bar, and that sort of solve the problem.

The only thing I’d still need your help now is on the 2 menu tabs that have 3 layers, on mobile both 2nd and 3rd layer are the same color. If it is possible I can make them different colors, that will make it so much easier to read on the small mobile screen. So is that possible? Thank you.
