Thank very much for your help and clear guidance. My apologies for the delayed response due to extraordinary circumstances. I have tried what you mention above re: email unsubscribes of admins. It does it continues to unsubscribe admins and myself on a regular basis and in the stats it says I have unsubscribed on a specific date and story… which is not the case. That’s why I am concerned. I appreciate your help and understanding.

Hello, no this issue has not been resolved. again this week one of the administrators of the site was unsubscribed.

• Do you import subscribers from time to time? If so can you describe when and how???No I have never imported only once in the beginning
• Does it happen only to you and other site admins or also to regular subscribers who joined your newsletters through subscription forms??to other site admin?and subscriber also
• Do you usually edit subscribers somehow??no

Hello again. Back to the same problem. Released my newsletter this week and trying to share on Facebook. Although I took your advice and did not shorten the Link (url) but instead used the whole thing, it directs back to the main page of my website and not to the newsletter. Please advise me as there is no point in having a newsletter that you cannot share.

Thanks. I wish there was. I never had this problem with Mailpoet a few years back. Actually, I’d insert the newsletter link and would have the photo of the newsletter come up in Facebook. Now id doesn’t do that anymore which is why I add the link and photos myself.

Hi and many thanks. I get that and yes, I found the shortened URL only has problems on Facebook and in Instagram stories. I’ve tried shortening with other services and get the same. Unfortunately, the initial URL with all the attributes is massively long.

Elvira, hello again. We tried that – completely deleting and resubscribing. It did not work. Also, I do not want to delete the links to my previous newsletters. What’s the point in that?

Elvira, hello and thank you so much for getting back to me. The issue is that it unsubscribes me – the owner of the site – and my partner and we haven’t taken any actions. Also, orders are not possible as I offer none.

Does anyone have a similar problem or does Mailpoet have an answer to this issue?
