Thanks for your answer. Yes it does work correctly when another theme is used. The problem file is in the Divi child theme but it is the same as the original file cart-empty.php so I am confused as to what can be done.

Greedy!? ?? Every business needs to make money and I think it’s an awesome deal for $69 to be able to easily export/import any size of site with no need for ftp details. And you are wrong, it is $69 for unlimited sites not for each site. You should look at it again, in my opinion the fastest, easiest option for exporting/importing sites.
