You just have to download the footer.php file to your computer so that later you can upload again if there are any mistake by your editing and cause an unnecessary change.

Try to decrease the width of the content box in your site or the width of the sidebar of your blog. You can edit the width from the style.CSS sheet of your WP theme.

You can see it in the footer.php file. Try to delete it and if the theme does not work, try to insert it again. (Keep a backup of the file you are trying to edit in your PC or in your WebHost.

It may be problem with your functions.php file. If you have the backup of that file, you can restore it using ftp as mentioned above.

You can remove the code which you were adding before the incident. You can edit the file either from Cpanel, or you can use FTP (like Cute FTP, Smart FTP).

For that, you must install wordpress on both the sites and you must post contents two times.

And if you do so, it will be taken as duplication of contents and Search engines like GOOGLE may punish you (Ban your blog) and your blog wont appear on GOOGLE.

It seems that you have created the search box from adsense. Try to change the settings from your Adsense account. Change the settings from “APPEAR SEARCH RESULTS ON CUSTOM PAGE” to “APPEAR SEARCH RESULTS ON NEW PAGE”. If this don’t work, try using GOOGLE CUSTOM SEARCH ENGINE (Google CSE).
