Hello SEOnomie. Forget “fragmented caching” for this issue. I had the same problem with W3 Total Cache and AdRotate. I wrote a blog entry on my blog with the solution: “How To use the Banner-Plugin AdRotate together with W3 Total Cache’s Page-Cache (W3TC)”

Hi Jazbek,
in a closed thread some people had problems combining AdRotate with W3 Total Cache or similar Caching Plugins like SuperCache. I wrote a blog article with a clean solution using JQUERY’s Cycle (used like “glue”) to get AdRotate’s Output working with Page Cache / W3 Total Cache. Forget “fragmented Caching”, it’s even easier than you think…
