    Hi Niklas,

    Thanks for coming back.

For any users that have a Paypal account, we’ve seen no problems. It’s users that don’t have a Paypal account where the plugin broke down. The Paypal Card Processing feature just would not accept any card from numerous customers, hence why we are now using Stripe. We’ve left Paypal on our site for convenience if customers have a Paypal account.

    Thanks,
    Tom

    Hi Niklas,

    Thanks for getting back.

We trialed paying with numerous cards with no success. This is not the first time that Paypal has failed to work correctly for no real reason.

Unfortunately, we decided to move our card payments over to Stripe. Even though this was harder to set up initially, the platform on first impressions seems more robust (Just in case anyone else has this issue too!).

    Thanks,
    Tom

    Hi Carl

    I can confirm I’m using 5.5.3.

I will have to use the plugin conflict checker and see if I can find out more.

    Thanks
