This review is not related to Magbook and is related to Excellent. Whatever the customer is telling its not true. I think the review is made intentionally and before the theme goes live.

Yes she made a purchase on 15th April and she had placed two order. It’s her mistake that she made two orders. The charged will be displayed on the checkout while trying to make purchase but she paid for two order. Anyway, she made purchase but we refunded extra charge within 12 hours but she gave a bad review after the payment is made and before we have seen her email. Yes we don’t have any hotline service but we reply each and every customizer via email or tickets with 12-24 hours every day even on weekend too.

Yes we have three blog layout option:
1. Blog with large image
1. Blog with small image
1. Blog with two column

First of all we are not totally clear what exactly are you talking about. If you have any issues regarding to theme you can directly ask your question at https://tickets.themefreesia.com/ which is totally free. We will reply you within 24 hours and get touch with you and we can solve it together.

We have check it in our demo site and there is nothing issue that you have talked about it. Its our design and we can’t provide fully satisfied to all of our customers. There is nothing misleading setting. Please go to dashboard> appearance> Customize> Theme Option> Layout Option> Blog Layout to get this “blog layout option”. Also It doesn’t looks the large default image pushes your content below the fold and will leave the visitor with only a header and image when landing on your website. Please go to dashboard> appearance> Customize> Theme Option> Excellent Option> Disable Page/Single Featured Image then disable it.

Yes the featured image will be included in full size in single page if you are using boxed layout. But we do also have an options to disable it if you don’t like to display an featured image in your single page. You can add image in your text editor with your resized image size.

We have given more flexibility to our users/clients with lots of options/features but they cannot use it in correct way and gives us a bad rating with no cause.

Header image have parallax effect in Pixgraphy Theme and parallax effect use top to bottom background image height by default. If you want to use small height image on header image section then you can remove parallax effect with custom css for now. We will soon release new version of Pixgraphy Theme with on/off button for parallax effect.

You don’t have to add custom css to change link color on hover. Link Color option is default feature in Edge Theme. Please go to dashboard> appearance> Customize> edge color> color option> Nav and links then select your color.. Done!!

If you are not handling child theme properly and made direct code customization on parent theme then yes all your customized code will be lost. This is not only related to our theme but also all WordPress theme available on wordpressdotorg. Freesia empire plus adds additional feature for freesia empire free theme. There will be no issue either you use mac or pc. upload freesia empire plus plugin zip format as you install other plugins in same wsy.

Similarly install Freesia empire theme as you install other theme. That’s all. If you have further queries submit here.

If you are facing issues on touching submenu on ipad then

View this link to create a custom link for menu.

If you use # sign on it then there will not be any link. Using # sign on custom menu will not redirect to you any link. So it will not be any problem while viewing on ipad.
