All our products are compatible with the latest WP version. They are tested and 100% functional. If you can not change/save customizer options, there could be 3rd party plugin problem (or your custom code added into product). Disable all 3rd party plugins and remove all theme modifications and try it again.

The issue is not limited only on this site.
I have updated theme on my localhost and same issue. The typography field generates “color” style that is not defined in the typography option.

Yes, the typography field. Still no success to identify the issue.
It happened only after plugin update on live site with existing content (and enabled theme).
If I try activate the theme on new website with updated plugin – no issue there

We do not use in typography field the “Color” fied, but in the frontend the kirki call default #fff color.

The CMB2 plugin is helper plugin for the homepage template. With this plugin you can generate the carousel. It is not necessary to have it activated, because it is only backend helper plugin.
Once you have generated the homepage carousel you can disable it.

The product image is always 48% of the page width (48% is a short description and 2+2% is a margin = 100%). This is default WooCommerce layout and theme does not override it.
You can change the layout with the CSS.
