In reply to: [Eleganto] Eleganto 1.2.4 doesn’t support WordPress 4.6+ ?Theme recommends this plugin for the portfolio section. It does not mean, that theme is not compatible with WP 4.7+
Do you have some issues with the theme or plugin?
If is some plugin well coded, it does not need updates for many years and it will be compatible with lot of WordPress versions. And because the plugin is not tagged with latest WP version on this repository, it does not mean that is not compatible.
We can write similar plugin and submit it to this repository, but it is wasting time. This plugin is well coded.

Under customizer – Homepage Settings – Homepage layout enable the sections (drag and drop to set the position) by clicking on eye.

We answered your emails. Your carousel and photos are not displayed on mobile devices, because you are using another theme for mobile devices. We are not able to controll 3rd party plugins or themes. Disable the plugin (function) and everything will be fineForum: Themes and Templates

Your code is ok. But you are using some minify plugin – this cause the problem. Disable the CSS minification.
