There is no such widget disappearing problem in the free version or PRO version. Please check theme demos. All demos are using the latest WordPress version. If you have a problem like that it, can be a problem of a plugin you are using. You can try disabling your plugin one by one.

Hi, Theme is powered by Masonry JavaScript grid layout library. It works by placing grid posts in optimum locations based on available vertical space, like a mason fitting stones in a wall. So not every item in the posts grid does not have the same height. Thanks.
