  • Hi,

It looks your server might be preventing to load the files due to Content Security Policy issues which i can see in the console as well. It is blocking requests and i can see more than 99 console errors due to that. If you check the server response that is given below.

    Not Acceptable!

An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

If you are using any security WordPress plugin then disable that plugin and also contact your hosting provider as well regarding blocking requests due to that your website is not functioning properly. I hope this will be helpful.

    Hi,

It looks your server is not functioning properly. Can you please contact your hosting provider and check with them. It looks the server might be overloaded and due to that it is not able to entertain the request and that is the reason it works for sometime and then is down again.

Also the other possibility could be that server is going through any maintenance. Please do not link this issue with the database. I will recommend to contact your hosting provider.

    Hi,

Is your DNS updated and have you mapped your domain. If you are using Bluehost hosting then please contact them and verify that your DNS is updated and domain is pointing correctly. It could be configuration issues linked with the hosting provider and then check again.

Also please check is there any HTML page or welcoming page is sometimes present by default removing it also fixes the issue. It is better to check with your hosting provider.

    Hi,

As per www.ads-software.com you can use PHP version 7.4 or above so it should work fine. Please make sure you are using the latest version of WordPress as well.

Also it could be possible that any of your installed plugin might be having compatibility issues with the PHP version 8.0 as very few hosting provider have provided support for PHP version 8.0 so far. You can disable them and then check again

Please check your server logs and verify there are any errors logged or you can also turn WordPress debug mode and then look into it.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi,

It looks like your user does not have all permissions, it could be a configuration issue as well. You should verify that your database user has all privileges. Maybe you can try to create a new user and assign all privileges via your CPanel for your WP site and then also update it in the config file as well and then check again.

    Hi,

It looks your language switcher menu needs to be updated. At present it is referencing to the old URL https://willsmy.com/cn/home-cn__trashed/ which needs to be changed to this URL https://willsmy.com/cn/home-cn-2/ .

Please check your Polylang plugin settings and make sure they are configured correctly. You can explore this article of Polylang plugin for language switcher settings which could be helpful.

    Hi,

It looks you are using the Contact Form 7 plugin on your website. Probably the issue could be that the date field is not referenced in your email template which is triggered when someone fills the form and hit submit button. You can add or remove fields data inside your email template as per your requirements.

Please read this article which will be helpful in your situation. Probably you have to check Message Body section and verify if date field is referenced or not.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi,

You can upload the document in the same way as it is done with PHP. The $_FILES array contain the file data which can be processed and then in case of errors you can show error messages otherwise you can upload the document using WordPress native functions and then save the attachment id in the custom meta for showing or referencing it later.

Please consider this article which added fields in the user profile and also shows how you can process and save the document files.

    Hi,

At present i have checked your website is loading all the content and everything looks great. Although if you are not sure then you can turn on the debug mode in wp-config file to see if there are any fatal errors and then take required action otherwise at present site is loading.

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

    Hi,

You are using the Elementor page builder. My suggestion will be to give an class to the banner content of main section. Add a media query for mobile and IPAD resolutions and give margin top atleast 85px to fix the content overlapping issue.

    Hi,

I hope this message finds you well and safe. It looks an SSL issue, i was able to access the admin login page but it was displaying a security risk message. The error seems to be linked with this SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN.

Please contact your hosting support team and ask them to fix SSL issues and then check again. Hopefully your issue will be resolved.

    Hi,

It looks like every heading is getting a bottom border. This is mostly linked with the design used for main headings nowadays. You can remove it via CSS. You can share the link which will be more helpful in finding the solution to this issue.

In reply to: What did I break?

    Hi,

It is not an fatal error so in this case the site will still keep working and nothing will be broken. Can you please turn on the debug mode of WordPress by adding the following constant. It might be an issue of your theme. Can you activate the default WP theme and then check again. Before that please enable the WP debug mode and check with it.

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
