Deleting and complete removal is not possible as the site is live and to there are many changes which would be redone.

I found out the hard way that the woocommerce 6.8 update never downloaded all the files and and my entire site went down and start throwing errors.

I replaced the woocommerce folder on the server by manually downing the plugin and uploading and deleting the old plugin folder and replacing it with a fresh copy. There are more than four folders missing which I assume never got downloaded during the auto auto update process.

Please check if the woocommerce plugin updated and downloaded all the files, because I found out the hard way that the woocommerce 6.8 update never downloaded all the files and and my entire site went down.

Seems there is shipping issue after the update, how did you resolved it?
