This is very frustrating indeed, this week was supposed to be my course load week and the issue has been going on since Monday, well let’s see if we can resolve this

Kindly explain what wp.org is for then? not sure what is the difference, as i understand it – the forum such as this allows a community access to issue with WordPress related plugins and technical issues so it can help others and provide insight, am i wrong?

Ok, apologies – have done that as well – the paid version/features do not perform as expected and many conflicts with other plugins which are in theory compatible and should work – such as masterstudy, but alas I will keep on hammering on with support tickets
