No, it’s just the filter and the products. I display the products using woocommerce shortcode that displays only the products of a certain caregory.

Additional note:

It only displays a license when there is only 1 item in the order. If the are multiple items of the same item it doesn’t display a license for each same item. This also happens when multiple different products are in an order…licenses are not displayed for each item.

@darkog I checked the code and it actually breaks the /my-account/orders pagination. When you try to go to the next page of orders it is broken. Also it would be best if there is a way to display the license key in any place and not attach it in columns only.

I don’t know if it is possible but if you could actually create a function and create a shortcode for it enabling users to display a license key anywhere would be nice. It would be a nice general improvement to the plugin.

Ok for ach in US, function is good but what about stripe’s bank transfer option for EU,Uk..etc I sent you above the link in stripe docs about it. Will you add that option too on your plugin cause Ach option is completely different to bank transfer option in stripe.

I have enabled ach payments but there is nothing shown in checkout. I tried selecting country US but it still doesn’t show. Does ip have to be US too? But i just also saw that stripe bank transfer supports EU, UK etc and it seems like it is a completely different option than ACH which says it only supports US. Take a look at stripe docs.

Yes of course, i have checked it and i have selected the generator i want. I am using a test order plugin to test maybe that is why it doesn’t work? I had the same issue with test order before when not using generator and you had fixed it. Now i notice that it could be also probably happening on the generator.

I am using generatepress and i don’t use page builder. I edit templates on a child theme. I use the plugins’ shortcode to display single or group filters anywhere i want. In shop template everything works as expected. Category pages (and generally taxonomy pages) seem to have an issue displaying the filters. Of course it is woocommerce templates that handle the shop and category pages.

Yeah the user could add license content or could make more creative licenses. If you had the option to add more fields to a license and name them anything you want it would be great and i’ve never seen this done in an other plugin.

It’s crazy cause i simultaneously disabled everything and changed theme. When you change theme it doesn’t apply any custom code anyways since all custom functions, code and files are placed into the child theme for example…so no it is not related to custom code either.

I wish that would work but it didn’t either. I deactivated all plugins other than woocommerce and i still got the issue. So it’s nether a theme nor a plugin.

I also checked a woocommerce demo like this wc demo and on checkout the same thing happens. It redirects you to a different page.
