i think i found a plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/post-smtp/ that fixes this problem
all i did is setup smtp settings like i did with your plugin and it works
but your plugin will not work

anyways will just delete your plugin and use the other plugin then since you dont even know what the plugin supposed to do in the first place and yet replying to support forum post

Isn’t the plugin supposed to help send email for wordpress?

The point is the plugin supposed to be the one sending the email for woprdpress
So ofcourse i will get same error if i disable the plugin

can i use an existing thumbnail function already with dimensions?

like this <?php the_post_thumbnail('post_thumb'); ?>

also would have been great if one can post php inside the post_html key

ok i tried the styling and am not getting the thumbnail still

{thumb} (returns thumbnail linked to post/page, requires thumbnail_width & thumbnail_height)

but i don’t see in doc where it shows how to use thumbnail_width & thumbnail_height

also how does {thumb} retrieve the thumbnail or how does it know how to get it from?

Yeah am doing even more than the url you sent is recommending
My setup is pretty advanced is on same level as the managed wordpress hosting platforms mentioned

But i think i will figure a way out, seems it starts loading after all html/css are loaded, so will try to otpimize the html/css down to the teeth

Some requests it is much faster like 250ms but like i said will be great if it can load right when page is requested
