A photoblog design is differenet to the other standard/default designs.

My install appears to be OK, but theres nothing to be seen in the WP control panel. Could this be related to what you just said?

And if so, HOW do you move a table? I’ve got phpmyadmin, but dont know much about it…..

Simple phpgallery seems an obvious choice because it can fit into WP quite nicely, but its not based on a database. Yes, that makes it simpler, but no, thats not necessarily a good thing for a long-term project.

I dont understand why no one is working on this. The Pictorialis project was great, but seems that no one was really interested so chances are, it won’t be developed/continued/kept in line with WP 1.5 and beyond. Visit the Pictorialis forums, to see what I mean: they’re like a ghost town.

Yeah but I’ve already got colorzilla which is nice.
What I want is a plugin that fits into WP, because although colorzilla is nice, it will be awkward to use for multiple page mods – too much mouse action = RSS = stop using it.
Its nice, but mouse-intensive if you want to use it in WP.

Absolutely agree with this. Its been frustrating the hell out of me because there is no good answer/solution. WP comes from the blog/CMS tradition which is concerned with text. But PICTURES and PHOTOS are fudamental to what people do on the web!!
