I changed it to twentytwelve theme, same thing happens, go ahead, have a look.

Never mind , figured it out. In theme.css I had to change

#main {
min-height: 500px;

I had to change it to :

#main {
min-height: 100%;

So I am using wordpress…
and I am using theme called twenty ten.
My browser is perfectly ok because all other people that visited my website reported me that registration form goes of screen…normally you would have to scroll down to see the rest of form, but they cant because there is no scroll bar on the right.
Why dont you see it for yourself ?

Oh yea, to scroll down, use middle click, the scroll wheel click.
Just click the scroll button on your mouse and move mouse down and it will scroll down the website, this is just so you can see that registration form still goes on.
