If I can make a suggestion: it would be grammatically more correct in English to say ‘approximate price’ OR ‘approximately’, or perhaps ‘approximate exchange rate’. Just some food for thought for your next upgrade.

A little more feedback on the shopping cart in case it is helpful to the developers – I have had two customers complain that they had put a few things in the cart while trying to decide what to get, but when they removed an item the total cost did not recalculate. They tried numerous times by refreshing or leaving the site and starting again, but it would remember some of the items from previous visits and they never got it to have just the item they wanted in the cart.

I hope it’s all going well and that the update is coming along nicely!

Thanks so much for getting back to me. I’m really pleased to hear an update will be coming. I’m sure you’re all working like mad to get it fixed. I’m picturing ducks… calm on the surface, paddling like crazy under the water! (Although ducks don’t swear, and I bet you guys did… :))

Can I check with you: will the upgrade fix the issue of listings with no prices, skus and inventory count – and if it does, will it have any impact on listings which previously suffered this problem that I have manually updated with the corrected info? I just need to know whether to continue updating the rest of my 600 odd products… ??

13. When I set up a coupon code for a fixed dollar amount, the amount is being applied to each item in the shopping cart. How do I set it up to apply to the total amount of the cart? i.e. I would like a $10 voucher to give $10 x 1 for three items, not $10 x 3 for three items.

A few other things:

9. All inventory settings seem to have been lost when the upgrade took place – as well as losing all the inventory counts, all listings I had that were out of stock are now showing as available again. Is there any way to do a bulk adjustment?

10. When I have an item with multiple variants, even though the inventory of one of the variations is shown as zero, it is still possible to add that item to the shopping cart and go through the checkout. How can I disable this?

11. When I remove all products from the shopping cart without checking out, the page hangs.

12. Could you please tell me how I can reduce the font size of the listings when they are grouped on a page? At present the text is enormous and longer words are wrapping onto the next line.
