I have same issue and the way to fix it is as someone mentioned above – removing Second <category> tag.

I think it comes from post being part of 2 or more different categories and plugin simply picks it up. Shrt term solution:

Manually fix errors Webmaster tools points out – they actually give you exact line number and re-submit.

Long term – don’t place a blog post containing video into more then One category and you should be fine.

It works – I have tested it on Multi-Site – no issues.

I don’t think it makes any difference for this question but want to mention that my multi-site is on nxinx+php-fpm+mysql, not typical LAMP setup hosting provides.

Implement a way to theme/skin the admin, but leave the structure alone. It works fine the way it is. Aren’t there bigger issues than whether the blog name goes next to the nav or above it?

100% agree – allow us to make platform even more popular but you have to help us – each redesign forces us into re-doing all the tutorials, guides and doing tremendous amount of unnecessary work.

And lets hope that dev team is reading it and provides a new version soon otherwise instead of helping – it will get our blogs overrun with spam

And I have tried to test it on my main blog, which uses the Brians Threaded Comments as well as one of my niche blogs that uses nothing but stock WordPress and just a few plugins…

I think this is more then one person issue.
