Yes, a couple of the images are there when I look at the uploads folder using ftp. They’re just not showing in the media gallery.

Right, checked the hosting and have only used just under 5GB so not that.
Any other suggestions?

I’ve just checked, I get 10GB of hosting space – do you know how I can check how much I’ve used?

Sorry, I’m new at this and still trying to figure it all out!

Uploads just save to the default – I haven’t changed anything there.
I haven’t uploaded too much to the site, however I’ll check the account limits and let you know!

I’m having the exact same problem, did you manage to solve this or has anyone else come across this?

Have disabled plugins as I thought these might be conflicting, but to no avail. I don’t understand the coding too well so not sure what to look for there.
