I downloaded the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin but I can only apply it to my Media gallery not the gallery I set up with a Photo Gallery plugin. So how do I fix the quality of those thumbnails? re-sizing thumbnails didn`t help, Compression is at 85%.

I wanted to delete all of it, author, date, category and i somehow managed to remove just actual date, author and category not everything all together. I can`t seem to find that code mentioned above for the love of god ?? help would be much appreciated!
