Hello@stevej122 ,
I checked your site in mobile device but was jot able to see any issue on the footer.
Can you please share a screenshot of the exact issue you are facing?
Also, please note that since the footer is coming from the theme, the issue could be related to it.
Let us know the details.
Best Regards.

Hello @webmasterjm ,
Thank you for contacting us.
Elementor and WooCommerce are compatible with each other and there should not be any issues using them.
It might be a conflict with your theme or other plugins,
Please follow these steps and let me know if it solved your issue:
– Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor and WooCommerce. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
– Switch your WordPress theme to Hello Elementor (or another default WordPress theme) temporarily and see if it solves your error..
I hope this information helped you.

Thank you for contacting us.
The issue has been reported as a bug.
You can use custom CSS as a workaround to fix this.
.elementor-social-icon {
display: inline-flex;
}I hope this helps.

Hello @adityasaini ,
Thank you for contacting us.
Hi, I understand you’re experiencing a critical error on your website.
To troubleshoot this issue, follow these instructions:
– If you’re locked out of your WordPress dashboard, open the recovery email sent to you from WordPress. Click the link in that email to gain access to your site’s WordPress dashboard once again.
– Deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
– If this doesn’t work, switch your theme temporarily to Twenty Nineteen and see if that helps.
– If this doesn’t work, make sure you are using the updated version of Elementor.
– If this doesn’t work, make sure your WordPress site meets the basic requirements recommended for Elementor. You can check this in your WP Dashboard > Elementor > System Info. If needed, you can ask your hosting provider to make these changes for you.
I hope it helps.

Hello @tee150 ,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please note that you can only edit contents created using Elementor, in Elementor.
If the content is created using Astra, then it won’t be possible to use Elementor to make changes to it.
Can you please share a link to the page where you are facing the issue so that I can have a better understanding of the problem?
Also, please include a screenshot of the section you are trying to change.
Best Regards.
Hello @ryaneshelby ,
Thank you for contacting us.
From the error message you have shared, there is an issue with a custom html tag added on the page, specifically the <br/> tag.
Please review the custom HTML tags added on the page to resolve the issue.
Also, I see that you are using Pro Elements plugin which is not part of Elementor and is a 3rd party plugin.
If the issue still persists, deactivate all the plugins except Elementor Free and change the theme to a default theme and check again.
Try and let me know how it goes.
Best Regards.
Hello @sibichan ,
Can you please share a link to the page with the issue?
Meanwhile, please check if you have set a minimum height for the container.
