Hey there ??
HappyForms relies on WordPress mailing capabilities. To change email sender, we recommend using a third party SMTP plugin to have WordPress use SMTP for sending emails. Then, in SMTP settings, configure your sender name for the email address you added in Your email address field in Step 2 of building your form.
Hope this helps! ??

Hey there! ??
Integrations with most common services (including Zapier) are definitely planned, yes.
In the meanwhile, consider HappyForms includes two action hooks that get triggered upon submission (one in case of success, one in case of error). These actions expose complete form and submission data. If you’re up for some coding, chances are you can already integrate with basically every service available. We’d be glad to assist with that.

Hey there! ??
That sounds definitely odd. Would you help me investigate by sharing some details?
1. What plugins are you running (excluding those you already deactivated)?
2. Could you try disabling even those vital plugins, quickly check if that makes a difference, then reactivate? In case HappyForms is incompatible with one of your plugins, we could update it to make things work for you.
3. Could you try on a different browser?
4. Would you click the Save Changes button in your Settings → Permalinks screen (without actual changes, just to trigger a permalink refresh)?Lastly, would you look into your browser’s Javascript console, and share any errors you see there?
Let’s hope we can figure this out quickly. Let us know your discoveries!
Hey again! Are you still having trouble with this? Let us know — we’d love to help you if you are ??

Hey there! ??
That sounds definitely weird. Would you help us investigate by sharing some details?
1. Can you see your form error notices?
2. Are responses being saved in your dashboard after a successful submission?Let’s hope we can figure this out quickly. Let us know your discoveries!
Hey there ??
Emptying the Confirmation email content text area in Step 2 of form builder will stop sending confirmation emails on form submission.
Have a wonderful day! ??
Hey again, Tom!

Hey there ??
Thanks so much for taking time out of your day to help us! This feedback is so super-important to us — particularly in these early stages.
I’ve already emailed the team to read over all of your points, so expect to see fixes for all of these problems in the next few weeks!
Again, thanks you very much for sharing this.

Hey Tom ??
Oh no, sorry to hear that! Would you mind deactivating your Plugins and see if it helps? We have a hunch that this could be caused by a plugin conflict.
Let us know! ??
Hey there, Elena ??
Happy to help you! Would you please check your Spam folder? Are the emails going there? If not, would you please double-check that the email you’ve added to HappyForms matches the email address you’re using?
Let us know! Always happy to help ??
Got it, Max!
Luckily, a big improvement over how your forms are submitted is already in our pipeline. It won’t make it in the next release probably, but it’s coming really soon!
Keep an eye on updates. ??
Hey Max ?? How’s this issue going? Let us know — we’d love to get it sorted for you.
Hey there, Max!
Would you force a permalinks refresh and see if that makes any difference? Head over to your Settings → Permalinks screen, then click Save Changes without applying any actual changes.
Regarding your second error, could you share a screenshot (or copy paste the error message in your next reply) so that we can better investigate?
Let us know your discoveries!
Hey there! ??
You’re right, HappyForms doesn’t include a file upload part yet. It’s in our plans though! Keep an eye on updates. ??
So glad to hear this ??
