In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Captcha Integrated but no form-tag available@takayukister I had already checked that and none of those describes the problem.
Screenshots below:
1) Shows Captcha has been integrated
https://snipboard.io/yBrI18.jpg2) Even though captcha is integrated, the form tag type [recaptcha] is not available to insert and even if I manually enter it myself, it does not work.

In reply to: [SEO Slider] Slider Images Went Missing with v 1.0.10Thanks for this post. I have same theme and same thing happened. Disabled Autoptimize and the images come back. Will have to dig deeper but for the meantime images are back.
OP did you have any luck identifying which part of Autoptimize was causing the issue?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Another Submission was referred to as spamYes I had already read that article, and several others, but it doesn’t explain why it is marking more legitimate submissions as spam than it is marking actual spam. It also doesn’t say how to fix it?

In reply to: SOS!! Internal Server Error 500P.S. Also did a reverse DNS lookup for the client currently affected, did a random pick of some of the other websites hosted on the same server and found half a dozen within 5 minutes which also display the Internal Server Error 500. So judging off that it all keeps pointing to a server issue and nothing related to the actual website content, configuration, plugins or themes.

In reply to: SOS!! Internal Server Error 500UPDATE:
Website is back functional however have not been given an explanation by host.NOW a second client is having the exact same error. Again host doesn’t seem to know what on earth is going on. I received an email this morning saying that although this website is also giving the Internal Server Error 500 that the issue is different to the first website.
This morning they said the problem was the theme was using more than the allocated resources and so they renamed the theme and said if I rename it back the error comes back. BUT, I’ve switched back to Twenty Seventeen theme and still getting the error. Tried Twenty Nineteen – still getting the error. I really do not think the host knows what is going on. Every solution they’ve given hasn’t worked and I still don’t know what they ended up doing to the first clients’ website to make it work but by gosh the site speed is ridiculously slow.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Is this a server issue or should I be investigating the WordPress side more? Am I missing something? On client1 site, I deactivated all plugins and switched back to the default theme and it didn’t solve it – I took this to mean that this eliminated those as the potential cause.

In reply to: SOS!! Internal Server Error 500@t-p Yep sure have. They tell me its an issue with the site. They told me to deactivate plugins etc etc which I’ve already done. Not really being any help at all. I’m at the stage, 2:26am here that I’m going to do a fresh install and hope to the powers that be i can restore the site from backup. Site was using Updraft plus but for some weird reason it hasn’t put all 5 separate backup files into remote storage, only 2 for each date. I have DB & others for 26 May, plugins & uploads from 28 May and no theme backup except for 3 days ago which would have had the error issue.

In reply to: SOS!! Internal Server Error 500@anevins I enabled debug mode.
Only errors it logged was:
[11-Jun-2019 15:11:19 UTC] PHP Notice: Constant WP_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-config.php on line 92
[11-Jun-2019 15:11:20 UTC] PHP Notice: Constant WP_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-config.php on line 92

[11-Jun-2019 15:11:23 UTC] PHP Notice: Constant WP_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-config.php on line 92I went into the wp-config.php file and found the memory limit code and removed it. Uploaded new copy without debug and without memory limit code. But hasn’t helped. I pretty much cannot get the site to load now. At least before I could load it and navigate a bit with the intermittent errors appearing.

In reply to: SOS!! Internal Server Error 500@anevins I have no idea. I’m at a complete loss. It actually seems like the error is happening much more now with Twenty Nineteen active and NO plugins activated than what it was at the start of this drama. Before I only had to refresh 2 or 3 times and the page would load. Now I’m having to refresh a dozen times to get the page to load – any page.
Should I enable debug mode? I’ve never used it before.

In reply to: SOS!! Internal Server Error 500@anevins unfortunately no. This has been going on for a week now and the error logs in cPanel only show the last 300 errors which only go back as far as yesterday.
