I have actually found the cure for this issue. If you have the plugin: Shortcake UI installed, DELETE IT IMMEDIATELY. This is a known bug apparently, has been going on for some time. My friend is a wordpress developer and I ended up seeking his guidance for this. He was able to help me with everything.

I hope that this helps. If this doesn’t help you at all, try going into firefox and inspecting the elements on the page that are broken and trying to figure it out from there. If that doesn’t help, try going into the terminal on a mac or CMD on a windows. type: SSH@<website’s IP address> and run grep, see what the results are. try to troubleshoot from there. ??

Fair enough, thank you for your sharp reply. Are you able to guide me in the correct direction of fixing Gantry? I have tried contacting them on their website with the chat function, but it hasn’t really helped at all.

Also – a tip to keep in mind: If you have errors like this, go to your database and look up your “error” file and see what is happening within that error file. Errors are written to this file when things start going wonky and if you have customer support access they can walk you through on how to deal with these errors.

I was able to download a plugin and remove the “+NEW” dropdown menu – I was also able to find the darn breadcrumbs and change them – I would like to know how to remove add the CSS to change the color of the text input inside of the input boxes – please someone help.

nevermind I fixed it, it was in class-wcmp-taxonomy: Found “WCMp Vendors” and switched to my site name.

I downloaded a plugin and was able to remove the “+NEW” dropdown menu via CSS – I know the fix for the Login Input Text would be a code added into the CSS of “custom.scss” I’m just unnaware of what to add. I’m still having troubles removing the breadcrumbs from the WCMp Vendor Shop Page.

the guide tells me to play the custom.css (or .scss) file in the custom/scss folder, but I do not currently see a file labeled custom.css inside of that folder. I do however, see 4 folders, “Configuration,” “hydrogen,” “hydrogen-wordpress,” and “mixins.” I also see 3 files, named “_dependencies.scss” “hydrogen.scss” and “hydrogen-wordpress.scss” do I just place the file in this folder? or copy one of these files and add the code to it, then upload and exchange them? Also where the issue resides, the page’s URL is here:
