Regarding the Simple Security plugin, I had activated it many many years ago (prior to Shield Security) when my website passed from http to https, I had chosen it mainly because it had the “Mixed content fixer” feature.

Not sure I need it anymore after all these years, I am just scared some errors might appear on my website if I turn it off. But I will need to contact them to find out.

Just so you know, the other features that are currently active on the Simple SSL Pluing are:

>Mixed content fixer

>301 .htaccess redirect

>Vulnerability scan

>Hardening
Prevent code execution in the public ‘Uploads’ folder
Hide your WordPress version
Disable user enumeration
Block the username ‘admin’
Block user registrations when login and display name are the same

Thanks @t-p , I did get in touch with them, their plugin is designed for events and so they told me that any APIs associated with the same event will display the list of attendees and their personal data to anyone who has access to the APIs of that event. In my case though, I am dealing not with an event but with a “card”, I was hoping that I could use a ticketing system but seems like it cannot work for my purpose

For now I am working on optimizing photos and homepage, should this not work I will gather some courage and try to use a page cache plugin.

-MOJO Marketplace

I guess i will try to deactivate them and see how it goes.

I have no idea of the Varnish cache server, I will ask Bluehost about it and ask again whether it’s their fault.

And I guess I will try to optimize photos and have less posts on the homepage, if that can help.
