I’m having the same issue. I have deleted the files on the server. I have no cache in the cache folder and yet I can not get the Under Construction to go.
Error message on Plugin page.
The plugin under-construction-page/under-construction.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
Where shall I look for that file on the server as it looks like it still exist.
