Well there seems to be something wrong. there are two versions of each file. Ex. thewhit_commentmeta and wp_commentmeta.

Does that mean the new website uploaded a whole new wp_(…) files?

When I edit the wp_ prefix to the new one prefix I assigned through SecurityScan plugin, the new installed website still appears

I have an old backup before I changed the table prefix through WP-security-scan plugin. If I uploaded that, would everything be ok again?

Also It seems I cant compress the backup sql file smaller then 27 megs. (limit is 20 megs) Do you know any solutions to this problem>

Yes we do have a backup, i think im going to restore a backup. But the thing that worries me the most is the theme not communicating with wordpress

But the thing is all the Plugins ARE deleted. I never deleted them.

I have also realized any changes to past articles on the wordpress will not change the website at all.
