Codecanyon is a nightmare they offer no support what so ever on any plugin they sell, they simply refer you back to the plugin author, most of whom no longer update or support their plugins.

“If you are using a custom theme you may need to edit badge placement.”

How would I do that ?

Im sorry andrea but they are not being very keen or supportive, their reply:

“and of course the converse is just as true… which is why we used STANDARD wp storage for profile data.. so any other plugin using wp profile data would get direct access to the sp custom profile fields…”

so i guess its up to us to fix this

“Pass along to the dev they are stored just like standard wp profile fields… That is, as user meta… So the meta name will match the slug of the name you gave the customer profile field when you created it….
So if they store their profile data like wp does, it should simple… If they store differently, they will probably have to do a wp user meta query…”

could we achieve it through their simplepress forum profile data?

OK, well the data is also already on each members buddy press profile can we take it from there?

ok, no forum help,so how do i put a support ticket on this?
