In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Two] Adding ‘home’ to overlay menuHi @zoonini , thanks again for looking into this issue.
I don’t seem to get the custom link to work. So I’ve decided to keep the overlay menu as it is.
I would like to try to have the overlay menu work like it does on this template:
paloma-fluid-demo.squarespace.comI will start a new thread to ask if it is possible to keep the site title in the overlay menu.
Thanks again!

In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Two] Add an outline to header text/socialsHi @mrfoxtalbot , thanks for your reply. I’ve added the customized code, and it’s already a lot more readable.
I was wondering if there is a way to have a solid outline without the blur/gradient of a shadow?
Thanks again!

In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Two] Adding ‘home’ to overlay menuHi @zoonini , thanks for checking.
I’d suggest that you give the page a title in the editor to see if that makes it easier to find in the Navigation block. You can then remove the title afterwards.
I tried this, but it didn’t work unfortunately. For now, I have chose to leave the `Home’ menu item out, because I have to show the website this week to a colleague.
I would like try to add the custom CSS for a custom link, would you be able to provide this, without me adding the link to the menu?

In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Two] Adding ‘home’ to overlay menuThanks for your quick answer. Unfortunately, I tried adding a page link to the Navigation menu, however it doesn’t find my home page, see this screenshot: https://snipboard.io/EdUr5k.jpg .
If I enter the url of my homepage in the search bar, it also can’t find my homepage. I also tried to create a new menu item, but this has the same results.
The only way to add it, is to add it as a custom link, is this possible, with the CSS still being applied?
Or is there another way to add a page link to the menu?

In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Two] Disable scrollingHi @thelmachido , thanks again for looking into this.
1. Do you had the same issue when the CSS added before is removed from your site?
Yes, the same problem still occurs.
2. Is the zooming problem consistent on every page?
No, it only occurs on the main page, I guess it has to do with the cover image?
I also tried some of the solutions in the Super-user thread, but they didn’t change anything.

In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Two] Disable scrollingHi @thelmachido , did you have a chance to look at the question I asked above?

In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Two] Adding ‘home’ to overlay menuHi @zoonini,
Thanks again for your help. I’ve added the custom CSS, and I’ve created the additional menu item for ‘Home’ by duplicating the ‘music’ menu item.
I’ve chosen not to hide the ‘Home’ menu. I agree that it’s more clear when there is a ‘home’ menu item on the main menu.
I’ve encountered a few glitches now.
– Main menu:
– When I’m on the home page, it doesn’t underline the ‘home’ menu item.
– When I’m on the music page, it underlines both ‘home’ and ‘muziek’ items– Overlay menu:
– When on the home page, it doesn’t underline the ‘home’ menu item
– The home menu item is not greyed out on hoverWould you be able to help me with this?
It might be good to know that I’m using two header-templates, one for the home page and one for the other 3 pages.
Thanks in advance.
With kind regards,
Theije

In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Two] Adding underline to current menu itemHi @zoonini , thanks a lot, that’s exactly what I meant! I looks perfect now.

In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Two] Disable scrollingThanks for checking.
Concerning the zooming out I am not quite sure I am following, this is what I see when I zoom out, which is the expected behaviour. If you can share a video of what you are seeing on your end, you can add this to your media library.
See this screenshot.
I have zoomed out to 25%, and the menu seems to drop down quite a bit, is there a way to turn this off?

In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Two] Disable scrollingHi @thelmachido,
Thanks for your elaborate answer.
2. Make sure the cover block is set to full width, if that doesn’t remove the white space under the image you can increase the height using CSS.
I entered the CSS code, with page id 13. I also toggled full width en full height on the cover block. The white space disappeared, which is great.
But now the header drops down, when fully zoomed out. Would you happen to know how to fix the header on top?

In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Two] Adding underline to current menu itemHi Kathryn, thanks for your answer on the first question.
About the second question, yes, I would like to underline it, only on the home page.
Thanks again !

In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Two] Adding underline to current menu itemI have two more questions:
1) is there a way to grey out the site title on hover?
2) is there a way to underline the site title when it is the current page?Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Two] Adding underline to current menu itemHi Kathryn, sorry I totally overlooked your first comment. Thanks for the elaborate response, this works!

In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Two] Adding underline to current menu itemHi guys,
Sorry for my delayed reply. I was on holiday, didn’t check my messages. The solution by @uxl worked!
However, I still have two questions:
1) how can I add greying out of a menu item on hover instead of underlining on hover?
2) How can I remove the underline on the site title (I would still like it to link to the home page)?
Thanks!
