You need to use Links not Pages if you want to get the URL field.

Is the Content Background Colour field empty or filled in?

Make sure the site title and tagline are filled in under Settings > General. They are used and displayed by the theme in the browser title.
If you don’t want them also in your header, just locate the theme’s Header option and set it to Empty.

Create an empty page, set it to use the “Blog Template (posts page)” template and add it to the menu.

If the images are the correct size (the same as the slider), make sure you set the “Full Size” option when selecting the images with WordPress’ image selector/uploader.

fcalvomarquez, having a slider with no images and having no presentation page at all are not similar issues.

But I see you got your presentation page to show so I assume you found the last update release information or posts detailing the change in the presentation page behaviour.

The presentation page CSS is part of the presentation page only, that’s why it’s only loaded there and nowhere else.

Beside the style-frontpage.css contents, there’s more styling present in the style-mobile.css file responsible for the frontpage responsiveness on mobile devices; this one is always loaded and applied everywhere where the same HTML markup is present (like your columns clone page);

The “2 columns switch” is normal behaviour for the responsiveness of the column and is part of the theme.
If you want it disabled on your cloned columns, you’ll need to duplicate all the CSS styling from style-frontpage.css to use different tags and also change the HTML accordingly to use the same tags.
This way the responsive CSS will no longer apply on your cloned columns.

The columns don’t support getting their data from posts.

Do you mean the presentation page? (as it’s named in the theme).

The slider should (for all intents and purposes) correctly display featured images as slides if featured images are set on the posts used.
The columns cannot display posts.
