Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I noticed now there is a DNS Record called *.domainname.com which points to server ip address, which i think causes any.domain.com to be redirected to server as insecure SSL. Could not find any .htaccess redirect rules. The DNS Record has been removed and I will check tomorrow after replication completed if site only accessible with the SSL Certificate Domain name. If the problem still occurs I will leave it as is to enable you to check the issue and post another comment to check thank you

Processing is not the default order status. When order get’s placed the order goes into On Hold and vendor,customer and admin get’s an email. When payment is received from the customer for the order and it banked, the admin changes order to Processing. The customer get’s an email when this status changes but the [email protected] does not get an email. I have tried various plugins to sent an email to [email protected] to notify the vendor to start processing the order but it does not work with the variable [email protected]. Surely this is something to look at since vendor’s does not monitor their vendor dashboard daily and normally react to process an order when payment confirmed via an email notification e.g Order set to processing status ?

Thanks for replying, I managed to fix the error yesterday it was related to HTTP/2 Push and Firefox and not Astra Theme related

Thanks for the reply, from another forum someone helped to get the sidebar correct but there is still a css issue please see the correct colors in Chrome, Edge or Safari and incorrect colors in Firefox on the website. For a split second the colors are correct and then another css is applied for different colors. The sidebar issue was caused by a css rule (width: 1040px) in a stylesheet called ie.css. It looks like something is preloading that stylesheet in Firefox whereas it should only be loaded on IE browsers < IE9. I removed reference to ie.css for now from the theme functions.php, since most older browsers are luckily not in use anymore and firefox working more important to me. I am now trying to find what stylesheet is causing the different style colors in Chrome and Firefox but cannot find it. Is it possible for you to assist to see why Firefox uses another .css and which .css this is that I can remove reference to ?

Thanks, I agree newer browsers and Firefox more important than compatibility on out of date browsers. I removed the reference to ie.css from functions.php in theme and the sidebar is normal now thank you. The other styles is OK in Firefox for a split second after page load but then a yellow background on text is applied over the default style and the product layout changes changes as well. How can I check which style is applied directly after load to have it removed as well ? It loads the correct style for part of a second then changes. Thanks for the support, I know extremely little on debugging CSS

Thank you for the help. Is there any way to set it to variable pixels since the dev on the theme is providing no response. I will also check try to check which plugin load this file

Thank you but The Featured Image setting not visible I only see “Set Product Image” on the Woocommerce product page. Is there a way to automatically set featured image to this image ? WooCommerce 3.7.1 and WP 5.3

I have installed the wordpress and oscommerce website locally on a PC. WordPress and all installed plugins are working fine on localhost/test and OSCommerce website working fine on localhost/. I also transferred the images to WordPress site localhost/test/images/ and still no images or links to images are synced via the plugin. The original OScommerce installation is working fine on localhost/ and images is localhost/images/ (I reference images as folder on plugin since images is on localhost/images)

Good day, was a solution ever found for this problem ? I am facing a similar issue and Products are imported and images are discovered on the OSCommerce server but not copied over to the /wp-content/uploads or folder on the wordpress server. The products are imported correctly without an image and only have the Placeholder.png for all images. If I copy the images over manually to the wordpress server it does not work either.
